Shopify App Store

3 of our apps are live on the Shopify App Store

We take our own apps through Shopify's review process, publish them, support them and keep them up to date. Every custom app we build for clients uses the same architecture and quality standards.

What we build

Everything is built on Shopify's official development surfaces, in a way that holds up through platform updates.

  • Custom apps

Apps installed only on your store, running inside your Shopify admin.

  • Shopify Functions

Discount, shipping and payment method rules for cart and checkout, defined in code.

  • Checkout extensions

Business invoice fields, consent checkboxes and information blocks with checkout extensibility.

  • Admin extensions

Custom actions and blocks for your team on order and product screens.

  • System integrations

Two-way data flow with ERP, accounting, warehouse and shipping software.

  • Automations

Trigger, condition and action workflows with Shopify Flow.

All your systems in one flow

With Shopify at the centre, we connect your ERP, accounting, shipping and marketplace systems to the same data flow. We define up front when and how an order, a stock movement or a price change reaches each system.

  • Real-time data through official APIs and webhooks
  • Queues, retries and logging when something fails
  • Clear rules on which system is the source of truth
  • Error and alert notifications for your team

Problems we solve

Where off-the-shelf apps fall short, we automate the tasks your team repeats every day.

  • Wholesale and B2B

Price lists by customer group, minimum order rules and dealer approval flows.

  • Cart and checkout rules

Discount, shipping and payment method rules by product, region or customer.

  • Product personalisation

Engraving, sizing and bundle options managed together with price and stock.

  • Warehouse and shipping

Order picking, multi-warehouse routing, labels and tracking number automation.

  • Reporting and data export

Regular export of order, stock and customer data to your ERP, accounting system or data warehouse.

  • Legal and business requirements

E-invoicing, terms acceptance, business invoice details and consent records.

Systems we connect

Integrations are built on official APIs and webhooks. The list grows with each project.

Example: updating stock levels with GraphQL

Stock data from the ERP is written to the right location through the Shopify Admin GraphQL API. In a real project every call is queued, retried on failure and logged.

graphql
mutation SetStock($input: InventorySetQuantitiesInput!) {  inventorySetQuantities(input: $input) {    inventoryAdjustmentGroup { reason }    userErrors { field message }  }} # Variables{  "input": {    "name": "available",    "reason": "correction",    "quantities": [{      "inventoryItemId": "gid://shopify/InventoryItem/30322695",      "locationId": "gid://shopify/Location/64850362",      "quantity": 42    }]  }}

How day-to-day work changes

Before

Before integration

  • Orders keyed into the ERP by hand
  • Stock updated from a spreadsheet at the end of the day
  • Shipping labels printed from a separate panel
  • Marketplace and store stock out of sync

After

After integration

  • Orders reach the ERP the moment they're placed
  • Stock changes flow to every channel automatically
  • Tracking numbers added to orders automatically
  • Errors are logged and your team is notified
What we watch for

What we watch for in integration projects

Each of these is written into the technical scope of every project.

  1. 01API rate limits and queuing during busy campaign periods
  2. 02Choosing a unique key (SKU, barcode) to match products and variants
  3. 03Which system wins when data conflicts
  4. 04Shopify API versions being released four times a year
  5. 05Transferring personal data in line with privacy law

What we hand over

Hizmete dahil

  • Technical scope and architecture document
  • Source code and version history
  • Installation and configuration
  • User and operations documentation
  • Warranty support after launch

Also worth planning for

  • API access and a test environment for the other system (ERP, shipping) are provided by you
  • Some software needs an integration module licensed separately
  • Source code ownership and the maintenance model are set out in the contract

Frequently asked questions

Can't find the answer you're looking for? Get in touch directly.

Why build a custom app when an off-the-shelf one exists?

If an existing app does the job, we'll recommend it. A custom app makes sense when your business rule is unique, when you want to replace several apps with one solution, or when you don't want to give a third party access to your data.

Do Shopify Functions need Shopify Plus?

No. Functions can be used on every plan through App Store or custom apps. Some checkout customisations are only possible on Shopify Plus, and we flag those during scoping.

What if our ERP has no API?

We look at alternatives such as file-based transfer (FTP, XML, CSV) or a database middleware layer. The security and timing risks are written clearly into the technical document.

Will Shopify updates break the integration?

Shopify's APIs are versioned and older versions are supported for a set period. Under maintenance, we plan version upgrades in advance.

Who owns the source code?

It's set out in the contract. Our standard option is that ownership of code built for you, along with its documentation, is handed over to you.
