How the calculation works
Your choices are scored, and the total sets the level and estimated timeline. No price is calculated, because a price can only be set accurately after we've crawled your site and seen the data.
| Score | Level | Estimated time |
|---|---|---|
| 0–4 | Standard | 3–5 weeks |
| 5–9 | Extensive | 5–9 weeks |
| 10+ | Enterprise | 9–16 weeks |
What adds points: product count (0–3), many variants (1), 50,000+ customers (1), past orders (1), each ERP/accounting connection (2), each marketplace (1), more than three carriers (1), theme customisation (1) or a custom theme (3), 100+ blog posts (1), number of languages (1–2), a platform with no ready-made migration tool (1).

Is the planner's result a quote?
No. The planner shows the scope of your migration and a rough timeline based on your answers. The exact scope and schedule are confirmed in writing after the free audit, when we crawl your current site.
How are the level and timeline calculated?
Product count, variant structure, order history, the integrations to rebuild, the design approach and the number of languages are scored. The total sets the level (Standard, Extensive or Enterprise) and the matching estimate in weeks. The scoring table is shown openly at the bottom of this page.
Will my sales stop during the migration?
No. The new Shopify store is built separately and your old site keeps selling until launch day. On launch day the latest orders are imported and the domain is switched.
Will my Google rankings be affected?
Every old URL is 301 redirected to its Shopify equivalent, meta data is preserved and we monitor Search Console with you after launch. That keeps ranking losses to a minimum.
Do my customers have to sign up again?
No. Customer records move over; passwords can't be moved for security reasons, so customers receive an account activation email to set a new one.
